Mimetic Machines is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders in Karachi. You will extend their reach, structure and execute across a wide surface area, and create the conditions for the team to do its best work. Daily collaboration with the founders means a steep learning curve and significant impact on company operations.

You will manage cross-functional initiatives, align partners, and help scale the organization while staying close to execution and outcomes.

Competenze

• Several years of experience in consulting, investing, operations, or fast-growing startups.
• Ability to switch context and go deep when needed.
• Clear written and spoken English and Urdu.
• Based in Karachi and willing to travel within the country and abroad.

Mansioni

• Run meticulous project management across dozens of topics and prevent bottlenecks.
• Augment founders' execution by preparing decisions and owning unassigned workstreams.
• Represent the company with partners and maintain strong relationships.
• Build the operating rhythm with plans, reviews, and reporting.
• Grow the team through hiring, onboarding, and defining expectations.
