IKONIC is a US-based IT company headquartered in Miami, Florida, with over 9 years of global client service and a focus on scalable digital solutions and high-performing product teams.

We seek a Jr. Technical Project Manager to blend technical expertise with project leadership and a sales mindset, coordinating with clients, developers, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution, delivery, and growth opportunities while maintaining strong communication and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
• 1+ year in a technical project management role ideally within a software consultancy or product development team.
• Fluency with English communication is a must & IELTS would be preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from client onboarding and requirement gathering to delivery and post-deployment support.
• Translate business requirements into detailed project plans, technical specifications, and timelines.
• Design and present customized software and web solutions aligned with client needs.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, including solution approach, pricing, timelines, and scope of work.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility, efficient execution, and on-time delivery.
• Own and manage the entire pre-sales and deal-closing cycle, ensuring a seamless transition to the delivery team.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns proactively.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams for solution scoping, estimations, and resource planning.
• Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and implement process improvements for smoother project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and performance dashboards in tools such as Notion, Jira, or Trello.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to internal process and product improvement.
