Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or in‑progress BS CS/IT.
• 6 months to 1 year of technical support experience.
• Students in BS CS/IT programs encouraged to apply.
• CCNA/CCNP or networking courses from Corvit encouraged.
• Basic understanding of Linux, networking and network security.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented with problem‑solving orientation.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Troubleshoot reported problems, identify causes, and provide solutions.
• Aim for first contact resolution wherever possible.
• Monitor system alerts and escalate to technical teams when needed.
• Ask questions, listen, and gather information to diagnose issues.
• Explain technical issues clearly and professionally to customers.
• Document incidents, steps taken, and resolutions in the CRM/HelpDesk.
• Follow up with customers until issues are resolved.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems.
• Maintain a professional, customer‑first approach in all interactions.
