Contour Software Lahore is seeking a Junior SQA Analyst to join the OPE/Target CRM R&D team. You will perform manual and automated testing on the flagship Infinity product, crafting test cases and plans, and supporting agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of manual and automation testing experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing concepts.
• Knowledge of SQL and OOP; familiarity with at least one programming language.

The Division

Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) is a group within Constellation Dealership and is recognized as the leader in business management software for outdoor power equipment dealers. Constellation Dealership provides a suite of market-leading software products designed specifically for dealerships. Over 2,000 dealerships across North America, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Africa rely on one of our products to make their dealership more successful.

The Position

We are seeking to hire a Junior SQA Analyst with experience and expertise in manual and automation testing to work closely with the OPE / Target CRM R&D team to help ensure high-quality and timely delivery of releases. Daily responsibilities will focus on but are not limited to testing the flagship product, Infinity, partnering with the Scrum team to ensure that requirements are met, and test scenarios provide full coverage, documenting test cases and plans for testing, and participating in Scrum meetings. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply to this position.

The hired candidate will be located in and work out of the Contour Software Lahore office as part of the resource‑center team, which is an extension of the division‑based R&D department.

Key Activities

• Learn and apply software testing methodologies, quality standards, and best practices.
• Contribute to test planning, risk analysis, and test design activities.
• Design and execute functional, regression, exploratory, and cross-browser tests.
• Learn and develop automated tests using Playwright.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate learning, test design, test automation, defect analysis, and documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, Business Analysts, and Product teams to resolve quality issues.
• Continuously improve testing, automation, and AI-assisted quality engineering skills.

Qualifications And Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent technical degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1‑2 years of experience performing manual and automation testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong understanding of SQL and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Java, Python, or C++.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and leverage AI tools for software testing and automation.

Nice To Have

• Exposure to Playwright or other test automation frameworks.
• Exposure to API testing tools and concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity or software development workflows.
