Job summary

Leading Edge is recruiting for two Junior ServiceNow Consultants with GRC exposure to support enterprise implementations under an experienced Senior Lead. The role is fully remote and ideal for early-career professionals in banking or financial services.

You will assist in configuring ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, and GRC modules, document requirements, support UAT, incidents, and troubleshooting, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of ServiceNow administration or implementation experience.
• Exposure to ServiceNow GRC module is required.
• Banking or financial services background is an advantage.
• Self-managed and reliable in a fully remote environment.
• Pakistani nationals preferred; other nationalities welcome.

Responsibilities
