Role Overview

Our Client is urgently seeking a Senior GRC Lead to drive governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across enterprise engagements. The ideal candidate brings deep GRC expertise, a strong implementation track record, and the ability to lead a small delivery team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GRC framework implementation and risk assessment programmes.
• Develop and maintain governance policies, risk registers, and compliance documentation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise risks across business functions.
• Guide and mentor junior GRC team members throughout project delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to manage scope, timelines, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure all deliverables align with relevant regulatory and industry standards.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5 or more years of hands‑on GRC implementation and risk management experience.
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance standards.
• Relevant GRC certification is mandatory.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capability.
