Qualificações

• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and expense categorization.
• Generate periodic financial reports, identify discrepancies, and provide actionable insights to improve financial accuracy.
• Assist in internal audits by preparing documentation and resolving transaction-level queries.

Job Description

Aboutthe Role:

We are lookingfor a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. Theideal candidate will bring a minimum of 1 year of experience in finance oraccounting, preferably within a BPO or shared services environment, with astrong understanding of U.S. accounting principles and retail transactionworkflows. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy,supporting audit processes, and driving continuous improvement acrosstransaction operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Processing &Reconciliation

• Review, clean, and reconcile daily storetransactions including sales, refunds, fuel purchases, and inventoryadjustments.
• Maintain accurate financial records inQuickBooks, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and expensecategorization.
• Generate periodic financial reports, identifydiscrepancies, and provide actionable insights to improve financial accuracy.

Audit & Compliance Support

• Assist in internal audits by preparingdocumentation and resolving transaction-level queries.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based finance teams toclarify transaction details and ensure alignment with corporate accountingstandards.

Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in transactionworkflows and recommend improvements to streamline operations.

Requirements

Education& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,ACCA/CA, or a related field.
• Minimum 0.5 - 1 year of experience in financeor accounting roles, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.

PreferredSkills:

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online orDesktop.
• Strong understanding of U.S. accountingprinciples and retail transaction workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity withfinancial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention todetail.
• Experience working with U.S. clients in theretail or fuel industry.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventoryreconciliation.
• Knowledge of sales tax and fuel taxreporting.
