Job summary

iGate is seeking a Junior Meta Ads Executive in Islamabad to manage and optimise campaigns for an e‑commerce brand. You will handle execution, monitor performance, and drive online sales with a focus on ROAS, CPA, and conversions.

Collaboration with creative and analytics teams is essential to improve outcomes. The role requires at least 1 year of hands-on Meta Ads experience, strong English communication, and solid analytical and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year hands-on Meta Ads experience with an e-commerce brand.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Monitor campaign performance and key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversions).
• Manage budgets and identify opportunities to improve performance and ROAS.
• Assist with audience targeting, prospecting, retargeting, and customer acquisition campaigns.
• Coordinate with creative team to develop/test ad creatives, videos, and copy.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve performance and conversion rates.
• Prepare regular performance reports with optimisation recommendations.
• Monitor tracking/conversion events with the technical team.

Job description

We are looking for a Junior Meta Ads Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns for an e-commerce brand. The candidate will be responsible for campaign execution, performance monitoring, optimisation, and reporting across Facebook and Instagram, with a focus on driving online sales and achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Monitor campaign performance and key metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
• Manage campaign budgets and identify opportunities to improve performance and return on ad spend.
• Assist with audience targeting, prospecting, retargeting, and customer acquisition campaigns.
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop and test ad creatives, videos, and copy.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Monitor tracking and conversion events in coordination with the relevant technical team.

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on Meta Ads experience with an e-commerce brand.
• Practical experience using Meta Ads Manager.
• Understanding of campaign optimisation, audience targeting, and budget management.
• Knowledge of e-commerce performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate.
• Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and GA4 is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
