Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and a strong desire to learn.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or Xero is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and willingness to develop technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping and financial activities for multiple clients under supervision.
• Support accounts receivable and payable processes, invoicing and payments.
• Conduct basic reconciliations for bank accounts and cards.
• Assist with client payroll tasks and compliance.
• Help prepare financial statements and analyze data with senior accountants.
• Shadow senior team members in client meetings and handle inquiries.
