We are in search of a highly creative and ambitious Junior Architectural Designer to join our team. As a Junior Architectural Designer you will work closely with experienced architects and designers to assist in the design planning and development of projects

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop design concepts for various projects
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project development
• Create detailed drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Assist in the preparation of presentations proposals and project documents
• Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
• Communicate with clients and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
• Attend meetings with clients to present designs and gather feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends and new design techniques

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field
• Previous experience in architectural design is preferred but not required
• Proficient in AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite or other design software
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines
