We are seeking an experienced and talented Architecture Manager to join our team in Gujrat India. As an Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This includes managing a team of architects and collaborating with other departments such as engineering and construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all architectural design and construction projects
• Manage a team of architects providing guidance and support
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure project requirements are met
• Develop project plans, budgets and timelines
• Review and approve architectural designs and plans
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Ensure projects comply with relevant codes, regulations and standards
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
• Conduct performance evaluations for team members

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
• Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations and standards
• Experience managing a team of architects
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar software
• Experience with project management software (plus)

Salary

Monthly Salary: $1,400
