Job description

We are in need of an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Gujrat. As an Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all architectural projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all architectural projects
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and vision for the project
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
• Review and approve architectural designs and plans
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Perform site visits to assess progress and quality of work
• Prepare reports for clients on project status and progress
• Provide guidance and support to junior architects on the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management
• Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in CAD software
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
