Job summary

PrimeForge Manufacturing in Gujrat is seeking an Architecture Project Manager to oversee architecture projects from conception to completion, managing budgets and timelines while coordinating with clients, contractors and architects. You will review plans, monitor progress, conduct site visits, and lead project meetings to address challenges.

A Bachelor's in architecture, proven PM experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit are required; PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Architecture Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of architecture principles, building codes and construction practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects contractors and other professionals involved in the project
• Review architectural plans and drawings for accuracy and compliance with building codes
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans
• Manage project budgets and approve expenses
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
• Lead meetings with project team members to discuss progress challenges and solutions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and safety standards

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in architecture or related field
• Experience working on residential or commercial projects
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles
• PMP certification

Salary 1500$ per month negotiable based on experience

Location Gujrat accommodation provided

Note This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance
