Troxis is seeking a Junior Animator & Video Editor to join our on-site team in Lahore. You’ll produce engaging motion graphics, edit videos, and create visual content for digital marketing, branding, and employer branding across social platforms.

You’ll collaborate with a creative team, develop concepts, and ensure assets align with Troxis’ visual standards. Entry-to-mid level role with growth opportunities in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Graphic Design, Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in animation, motion graphics, or video editing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing animation, motion graphics, and video editing work.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and create engaging 2D motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns.
• Produce animated product explainers, promotional videos, logo animations, UI animations, and corporate presentations.
• Create animated assets for websites, advertisements, social media, and employer branding initiatives.
• Edit promotional videos, corporate videos, product demonstrations, tutorials, recruitment campaigns, and event highlights.
• Enhance videos with motion graphics, sound effects, music, transitions, subtitles, color correction, and basic visual effects.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Produce creative video content optimized for audience engagement and platform-specific best practices.
• Support employer branding campaigns through creative office culture videos, employee spotlights, recruitment campaigns, and event coverage.

Position Overview

The Junior Animator & Video Editor will support the creative team by producing engaging motion graphics, editing videos, and creating high-quality visual content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, storytelling, and animation, with the ability to create content that captures attention across social media, marketing campaigns, and product communications. Key Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing transitions, kinetic typography, and animated infographics.
• Edit promotional videos, corporate videos, product demonstrations, tutorials, recruitment campaigns, and event highlights.
• Enhance videos with motion graphics, sound effects, music, transitions, subtitles, color correction, and basic visual effects.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Produce creative video content optimized for audience engagement and platform -specific best practices.
• Support employer branding campaigns through creative office culture videos, employee spotlights, recruitment campaigns, and event coverage.
• Assist in storyboarding, concept development, and creative brainstorming sessions.
• Ensure all creative assets align with Troxis' brand identity and visual standards.
• Organize and maintain project files, creative assets, and video libraries.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Graphic Design,
• Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in animation, motion graphics, or video editing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing animation, motion graphics, and video editing work.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Knowledge

• Basic Photography & Videography
• Cert ification in motion graphics
• AI Creative Tools (Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway ML, etc.)
• Basic UI/UX Design Principles
