The ideal candidate brings a strong portfolio, 1–3 years of design experience, and a keen eye for typography, layout, and brand identity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio with visual storytelling and branding work.
• Excellent typography, color theory, and layout skills.
• Ability to translate ideas into engaging visuals with consistency.

Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for digital, social, marketing, and employer-branding touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Sales, UI/UX, and Leadership teams.
• Develop branding materials, presentations, and corporate documents.
• Turn complex tech concepts into simple, engaging visuals.
• Experiment with styles while maintaining Troxis brand standards.
• Prepare templates and assets for multiple teams.
