Job summary

The 3M Marketing in Lahore is seeking a motivated Junior PPC Specialist to join our team. You will learn to manage Amazon PPC campaigns, conduct keyword research, and optimize bids while monitoring budgets and performance.

You will work alongside experienced PPC managers and progressively take ownership of campaigns as you develop your skills in Amazon advertising and data analysis.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon PPC campaigns and optimize performance.
• Conduct keyword research and search-term analysis.
• Monitor budgets and bid management for campaigns.
• Track and report PPC metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR).
• Collaborate with PPC managers and gradually take ownership of campaigns.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person who wants to build a career in Amazon PPC.

You do not need years of experience or extensive Amazon knowledge. Experience is not our primary requirement. We can teach you the technical side of Amazon PPC.

What matters most is willingness to learn, take responsibility, and develop your skills.

We are open to candidates with no professional experience through our internship program. High-performing interns will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Junior PPC Specialist role.

What You’ll Learn and Work On

• Amazon PPC campaign management
• Keyword research and search-term analysis
• Campaign optimization and bid management
• Budget and performance monitoring
• ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and other PPC metrics
• PPC reporting and data analysis
• Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
• Amazon advertising strategy and account management
