Job summary

RETAILO TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Finance team member to handle vendor communications, AP reconciliations, receivable documentation, and supplier statement reconciliation. You will help report fluctuations, support the Finance Manager, and perform other duties as needed.

The role requires a degree in business/admin or accounting, strong Excel skills, English fluency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with deadlines.

Your role

You will be a core member of the Finance team.

Your responsibilities

• Communicating with vendors, reconciling outstanding AP balances
• Comparing fleet usage history with supplier data
• Preparing accounts receivables by collecting adequate supporting documents
• Reconciling the transitory accounts and suppliers' statements of accounts.
• Reporting any fluctuations and variances
• Supporting the Accounting & Finance Manager

Requirements
