REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE OF THE ABOVE POSITIONS

The incumbent will be responsible for managing all functions of the Institute including finance, accounts, audit, and tax matters, etc. The incumbent will contribute to formulating and implementing strategies, models, systems, policies, processes, and action plans to create a performance driven culture in the organization.

Qualification, Experience & Age Limit

• Fellow Member of recognized body of professional accountants (CA/ICMAP/CIMA or equivalent) with 10 years post qualification experience: or
• Master’s degree in finance, MBA (Finance) or equivalent with 15 years’ post qualification experience.
• Preference will be given to the candidates having membership of professional accounting bodies.

Responsibilities also Include:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Manage all the matters related to taxation to ensure regulatory compliance including those of Pakistan Center for Philanthropy (PCP) authorities and FBR.
• Manage financial reporting, analysis and insights to support decision-making.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

DIRECTOR PROCUREMENT

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Basic Sciences, or Social Sciences preferably specialization in Supply Chain Management from a recognized University with 12 years post qualification experience in procurement (local purchase & imports), including tendering and contract management in a government or semi government or autonomous or a reputed private organization. Proficiency in digital procurement systems, advanced computer literacy, and exceptional communication skillsare essential.

DEPUTY DIRECTOR AUDIT:

Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (ACMA) from a recognized institution with 03 years post qualification experience or MBA (Finance) from a recognized University with 05 years post qualification experience in finance, budget, audit and accounts management in a government or semi government or autonomous or reputed private organization. Proficiency in digital accounting systems, advanced computer literacy, and exceptional communication skills are essential.
