Responsibilities
- Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized body (ICAP or equivalent).
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, or financial management, preferably within the corporate or BPO/consulting sector.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong grasp of Pakistan tax laws, IFRS, and corporate financial regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, QuickBooks, ERP systems, and other accounting software (experience with multi-entity or international reporting preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, conduct audits, and advise on cost-optimization strategies.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and coordinate with cross-departmental stakeholders.
- Experience in financial forecasting, cash-flow management, and variance analysis will be a plus.
