JOB OVERVIEW:

PIPFA is seeking an energetic Male Education Assistant to manage classroom operations, host online sessions, track faculty lecture delivery against syllabi, and maintain academic monitoring dashboards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Physical classroom setup and online (Zoom/Teams) class hosting & moderation.
• Live monitoring of faculty lectures against approved course outlines.
• Daily attendance logging and maintaining visual Data Monitoring Dashboards.
• Coordinating makeup classes and reporting academic progress.

OUTSIDE COACHING SESSIONS:

• Phone Calls: Answer and manage daily calls on the PABX system.
• ID Cards & Data: Scan photos, enter details into the database, print, and laminate ID cards.
• Event Support: Help with seminars, exhibitions, graduation ceremonies, and events.
• Training: Attend outside coaching and training sessions.
• Office Support: Assist with general daily office work and tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS & CRITERIA:

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BS Accounting/Finance, BS Data Science/CS, B.Com).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in academic coordination, data tracking, or online class hosting.
• Hands-on expertise in Excel/Google Sheets dashboards, Zoom, and MS Teams.
• MUST BE A LOCAL RESIDENT OF SADDAR TOWN, KARACHI.
• MUST OWN A PERSONAL MOTORBIKE FOR CONVENIENT COMMUTE.

WORKING HOURS:

• Coaching Session (3 Months): Mon–Fri (3:00 PM–10:00 PM), Sun (8:00 AM–4:00 PM) + One Flexible Day (2:00 PM–10:00 PM). [Saturday Off]
• Off-Session Period: Regular Hours, Mon–Fri (9:00 AM–6:00 PM).

COMPENSATION: PKR 40,000 / month.
