Systems Limited in Islamabad is seeking a motivated Java Backend Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will excel in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, backend application development, and database integration.

You will design, develop, test, and optimize scalable backend services, collaborating with frontend, QA, product, and operations to deliver reliable software.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional Java backend experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Understanding of clean code, design patterns, and SOLID.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Implement and maintain authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Optimize database interactions with SQL and indexing.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, PM, and other teams.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards.
• Support deployments and troubleshoot issues across environments.
• Follow Agile/Scrum practices and participate in sprints.
