INTECH Automation Intelligence in Lahore, Pakistan, seeks an IT Trainee Engineer to join the IT & Systems team. The role offers hands-on experience across Windows/Mac endpoints, Microsoft 365, Azure, and network operations while supporting daily IT services and security practices.

The program emphasizes practical learning, structured training, and performance reviews over 12 months, with opportunities to develop certifications and technical skills in a global automation company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity/CS Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduate or 0–1 year in IT support, systems administration, or networking.
• Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Microsoft 365, virtualization, and cloud concepts.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with good communication and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-level IT support across Windows and Mac endpoints.
• Assist with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 admin tasks.
• Support Azure monitoring/administration and backup verification.
• Maintain IT asset records and assist with security and policy adherence.
