We are in need of a skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Lahore. In this role you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our computer systems, networks and software applications. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any hardware or software issues that arise.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support to end users through phone, email, or in person.
• Set up new user accounts and profiles.
• Monitor system performance and ensure efficient functioning.
• Perform regular maintenance on computer systems and networks.
• Keep track of inventory of hardware and software.
• Train end users on how to use new technology or applications.
• Collaborate with other IT specialists to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven work experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: contract job located in Lahore. However, we are open to candidates who have their own visa or are willing to relocate at their own expense.
