Job summary

AlphaBOLD in Lahore, Pakistan seeks an IT Support Engineer to oversee reliable day-to-day technology operations, provide hands-on user support, and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and on-premise infrastructure. You will resolve incidents, secure access, and improve workplace technology availability.

Role emphasizes L1/L2 support for users, incident triage, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality and security across cloud and on-prem resources.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT help desk / desktop support experience with Windows and cloud services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, networking fundamentals, and endpoint security.
• Familiarity with Azure and AWS administration, access management, monitoring and cloud troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting business applications and end-user communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Manage users, groups, licenses, mailboxes, access permissions and security settings.
• Support Azure AD, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access and joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Assist with Azure/AWS resources, monitoring, backups and cost-awareness practices.
