Job summary

AIO is seeking an IT Support Associate to ensure the reliability, security, and smooth operation of internal IT systems. You will provide hands-on support and operate across end-user support, systems administration, and IT security within the organization.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, device setup, asset management, and documentation. You will work on network troubleshooting, Defender monitoring, and Entra ID administration in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support and troubleshooting across Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 admin tasks and security practices.
• Knowledge of Intune, Azure AD, Defender, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and OS issues.
• Provide first-level and escalated end-user support and device setup.
• Manage IT assets and assist with M365 administration.
• Document procedures and troubleshooting steps for teams.
• Troubleshoot routers, switches, VLANs, and wireless networks.
• Manage firewalls, VPNs, and enforce endpoint security via Intune.
• Monitor Defender alerts and assist with identity security.
• Support Entra ID user administration and access controls.
• Assist with conditional access policies and incident recording.
• Draft SOPs for IT operations and security compliance.

About The Role

As an IT Support Associate at AIO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and smooth operation of our internal IT systems and infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of end-user support, systems administration, and IT security, providing both hands-on technical assistance and operational support across the organization.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and OS issues (Windows, Mac, Linux).
• Provide first-level and escalated end-user support, including device setup and maintenance.
• Manage hardware/software inventories and assist with Microsoft 365 (email, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint).
• Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Troubleshoot routers, switches, VLANs, and wireless networks.
• Manage firewalls, VPNs, and enforce endpoint security via Microsoft Intune.
• Monitor and escalate Microsoft Defender security alerts.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) user administration and access control.
• Assist with conditional access policies and identity security practices.
• Maintain records of IT incidents and solutions.
• Assist in drafting SOPs for operations and security compliance.
