Job summary

AIO is seeking a Creative Associate to craft digital and on-premises designs for restaurants. You’ll develop social content, digital menus, posters, and branding assets, while helping build brand books and pitch decks to communicate value.

The role requires a strong portfolio, attention to detail, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Collaboration across marketing and product teams will be key to delivering on-brand experiences.

About The Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Associate to join our team at AIO. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating both digital and on-premises design assets for restaurants. From social media posts and digital menus to printed flyers and in-store branding, your designs will help restaurants stand out and connect with their audience. You'll also work on developing brand books and pitch decks that communicate value in a clear, creative, and strategic way.

• Proven experience as a graphic designer.

• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
