Job summary

Hired is seeking a Computer & Information Systems Manager in Pakistan to oversee strategic planning, implementation, and management of information systems aligned with business objectives. This role focuses on directing IT projects, ensuring system security, and optimizing infrastructure to support growth.

The incumbent will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and vendor relations, and drive digital transformation across the organization while maintaining high security and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of IT management experience, including system administration and project leadership.
• Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity best practices, and cloud computing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to assess technical challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations to optimize resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deploy technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze system performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and scalability.
