Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to qualify leads, capture prospect details, and schedule follow‑ups for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and update lead status, notes, and information promptly.
• Provide first‑line IT support for office hardware, software, and network issues; escalate technical problems when necessary.
• Assist in setting up workstations, installing software, and ensuring endpoint security best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement lead‑generation strategies and track campaign performance metrics.
• Prepare simple performance reports and support data‑handling tasks.

Job Specification
