Job summary

Cummins Inc. seeks an experienced IT Service Delivery professional to manage, operate, deliver and support defined IT applications and infrastructure services. You will coordinate teams, drive service metrics, and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers from the Saddar area.

A solid background in ITIL and service delivery is expected. 3-5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field are required.

Qualifications

• College/university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant IT service management experience.
• Familiar with ITIL standards for IT service deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the delivery and support of specific IT services.
• Supports development and maintenance of services and ensures tools/resources are available.
• Generates and reports service delivery metrics and drives SLAs and customer satisfaction.
• Acts as a point of contact for customers for service-related inquiries.
• Maintains relationships with key customers and suppliers.
• Champions use of ITIL standards and Six Sigma to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Maintains accuracy of service standards and procedures in knowledge systems.
• Drive operational transparency and value realization through portfolio-level reporting.
