Qualifications

• College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the delivery and support of IT services.
• Generates and reports service delivery metrics and drives SLAs and customer satisfaction.
• Owns global operational accountability for SAP S/4HANA EWM, Inventory Management, and adjacent logistics capabilities.
• Governs incidents, problems, enhancements, and operational risks in warehouse operations.
• Drives continuous improvement across EWM, IM, RF/mobile warehouse execution and reporting.
