• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in application support, technical support, or system administration.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog) and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and understanding of incident management, SLAs, and ITIL frameworks.

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for enterprise systems and customer-facing applications.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application, hardware, and infrastructure-related issues.

This role is proactive and customer-focused, requiring you to troubleshoot incidents, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless service delivery. You will participate in rotational shifts and on-call schedules to provide 24/7 production and application support coverage, ensuring high system uptime and adherence to SLAs.

What you’ll own

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for enterprise systems and customer-facing applications
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application, hardware, and infrastructure-related issues
• Monitor production environments, respond to alerts, and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
• Escalate critical issues while maintaining end-to-end ownership of incidents
• Utilize monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog, or similar) to track system health and performance
• Support deployments, releases, and operational maintenance activities
• Collaborate with development, networking, and system administration teams to resolve cross-functional issues
• Recommend improvements to enhance system stability, automation, and operational efficiency
• Contribute to automation and operational excellence initiatives
• Maintain and update knowledge base articles, SOPs, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides
• Participate in rotational shifts, weekend coverage, and on-call support to ensure 24/7 operations.
