Job summary

Teknosys-JazzWorld in Islamabad is seeking an Expert Digital Product Analytics professional to leverage advanced analytics, product intelligence, and AI-driven insights to optimize user experiences across JazzWorld's platforms.

You will translate customer behavior, engagement patterns, and product performance into actionable recommendations that support acquisition, retention, monetization, and product innovation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, Product, Business, or Growth Analytics.
• Strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, Firebase, and Mixpanel.
• Experience measuring and optimizing digital product KPIs such as MAU, DAU, engagement, retention, revenue, and churn.

Responsibilities

• Drive product growth through data analytics by analyzing user behavior, engagement trends, and performance across JazzWorld’s digital platforms.
• Perform deep-dive customer analytics to identify drivers of acquisition, retention, churn, engagement, and monetization opportunities.
• Build and automate dashboards and reporting solutions using SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI to enable real-time business visibility.
• Develop analytical frameworks and KPIs to measure product performance, customer journeys, user preferences, and in-app behavior.
• Leverage AI, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics to enhance decision-making, forecasting, personalization, and customer experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Growth, Commercial, and Data Science to implement data-driven strategies and business solutions.

As a hands-on analytics professional, you will collaborate closely with Digital Product, Growth, Segments, Pricing, Data Science, CVM, Consumer Insights, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and drive measurable business impact.

You May Be a Strong Fit If You

• Bring 3+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, Product, Business, or Growth Analytics, with a strong understanding of data-driven business decision-making.
• Strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, Firebase, and Mixpanel.
• Have experience measuring and optimizing digital product KPIs such as MAU, DAU, engagement, retention, revenue, and churn.
• Experience within digital products, telecommunications, GSM, or technology ecosystems, with exposure to customer-facing digital platforms.
• Ability to analyze large and complex datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive business performance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate insights effectively and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
