Job summary

Sukuk Technologies in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking an IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (IT GRC) Specialist with 3–5 years of IT GRC experience. The role focuses on implementing IT governance, risk management, and control frameworks in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate audits, develop IT policies, and report on KPIs/KRIs to CTO and governance committees, ensuring strong control environments and business continuity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT GRC, IT risk, audits, or IT controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS required.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve the IT Governance Framework.
• Establish and maintain the IT Risk Management Framework and IT Risk Register.
• Develop, review, and maintain IT policies, standards, SOPs, and controls.
• Establish and assess IT General Controls (ITGC) and coordinate remediation.
• Coordinate internal and external IT audits.
• Govern ITSM processes based on ITIL/ISO 20000.
• Oversee governance of third‑party technology vendors, business continuity and DR.
• Develop and report IT governance KPIs/KRIs and dashboards to CTO and governance committees.
