leading-edge is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Expert to lead GRC initiatives for our Karachi team. You will define project scope, manage delivery, and ensure alignment with regulatory mandates and business goals.

The role requires 3-5 years in GRC, risk management, or compliance, with expertise across operational risk, IT/cybersecurity risk, and third‑party/vendor risk. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure robust controls and ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Risk Management, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, GRC, Risk Management, Compliance, or related domains
• Expertise in operational risk, IT and cybersecurity risk, regulatory compliance, and third-party/vendor risk

Responsibilities

• Lead GRC initiatives across operational risk, IT/cybersecurity risk, regulatory compliance, and third-party risk management
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across processes and technology platforms
• Provide post-implementation support
