Job summary

ACE Money Transfer is seeking an IT Asset & Inventory Coordinator in Pakistan to manage hardware and software assets, licenses, and lifecycle activities. You will update records promptly, track compliance, and coordinate procurement with vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include supporting the IT helpdesk with provisioning, performing periodic audits, and maintaining thorough documentation for management reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• 1-3 years of IT asset management, inventory control, procurement, or helpdesk experience.
• Experience maintaining hardware/software inventory records and conducting audits.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, obtaining quotations, and processing purchase orders.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and asset management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a complete and accurate record of all IT hardware and software assets across the company.
• Update asset records within 24 hours of any change (assignment, replacement, return, repair, disposal).
• Tag, track, and manage assets throughout procurement to decommissioning.
• Maintain software license records and monitor renewals and usage.
• Conduct scheduled audits and report discrepancies; support audits and compliance reviews.
• Handle end-to-end procurement: vendor quotations, POs, and delivery tracking.
• Assist IT helpdesk with provisioning and de-provisioning of devices as needed.
• Document asset inventory, procurement records, and audit findings; report to management.
