Job summary

HRSI is seeking a Lab Attendant to support IPC Laboratory operations in Jamshoro. You will clean instruments daily, handle semi-finished and finished samples, and manage the archive and reference sample rooms with strict adherence to procedures.

The role requires maintaining batch records, ensuring GMP and EHS compliance, and performing related duties assigned by the manager. On-site work in Pakistan, with growth opportunities in a laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure instruments of IPC Laboratory are cleaned on daily basis.
• Submission of Semi-finished and Finished samples to Semifinished and Microbiological laboratory.
• Management of archive room as per approved procedure.
• Maintain tracker of all batch files in the archive room.
• Retrieval of Batch Records from archive room as per procedure.
• Batch file movement to archive room and place it in a designated cabinet.
• Management of reference sample room as per approved procedure.
• Maintain tracker of all FG samples in the reference sample room.
• Transfer of FG samples from IPC lab to retention room and maintain logbook as per procedure.
• Management of stationary items used on daily basis.
• Comply and ensure compliance with GMP, Quality and other related policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Company Guidelines.
• Comply and ensure compliance with Environment, Health and Safety policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and company Guidelines.
• Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements by manager.
