Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills and ability to handle USA/Canada customers.
• Experience in call center, telesales, telemarketing, lead generation or international sales.
• Confident telephone personality with strong objection-handling.
• Ability to meet strict sales targets and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from customers and potential clients professionally.
• Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up.
• Introduce company products and services to potential customers.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable home textile products.
• Schedule appointments and sales meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with hot, warm, and existing leads.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects until conversion.
• Record all calls, customer information, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer databases.
• Send product information, quotations, catalogs, and promotional material when required.
• Coordinate with Sales and Merchandising teams regarding customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally and try to convert opportunities into sales.
• Prepare daily calling and lead-generation reports.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and prospects.
• Follow company calling scripts, sales procedures, and CRM processes.
