Identify business development opportunities to expand the client portfolio and drive business growth
Lead, motivate, and mentor both teams, serving as a role model for professionalism, accountability, and customer service excellence.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Optimize resource allocation and streamline processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management regarding operational improvements and business expansion.
