Job summary

Ziauddin Hospital is seeking a Hospital Administrator to oversee hospital-wide administrative and operational functions across clinical and support departments. The role ensures efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.

The candidate will supervise day-to-day operations, monitor performance, coordinate with department heads, and drive policy implementation and process improvements to support strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Master’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management will be preferred.
• 7–8 years of relevant experience in hospital administration / healthcare operations with supervisory/managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day hospital operations across clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Monitor departmental performance, operational efficiency, and service delivery standards.
• Coordinate with HODs and management to address operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure implementation of hospital policies, procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Review operational reports, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee administrative resources, facilities, and support services to ensure operational continuity.
• Support management in operational planning, process improvement, and implementation of organizational initiatives.
