Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage internal recruitment processes and collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs. The role focuses on building pipelines, ensuring policy compliance, and enhancing candidate experience at our Rawalpindi office.

Located on-site in Bahria Town, DHA 1, Sector F, Rawalpindi, the position involves training hires on role-specific requirements and company CoC/CoE, while tracking recruitment effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Degrees listed: HR, Psychology and MBA.
• Experience in recruitment or HR processes is expected.
• MBA or HR-focused Masters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end internal recruitment processes, including postings, screenings, interviews and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs.
• Build talent pipelines and support workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and enhance the internal candidate experience.
• Training the hired candidates according to the job roles.
• Training the hired candidates on CoC & CoE.
• Tracking and reporting on the success and effectiveness of internal recruitment.
• Ensuring smooth transitions for internal hires into new roles.
