You will assist through all stages of the compliance programs including compliance assessments, development and transformation, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.

As a Project Trainee, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues. As part of our Independence & Compliance team, you’ll be responsible for the following: Enter data into the Independence compliance system, utilizing your knowledge of organizational hierarchies, mega conglomerates, and group structures to accurately set them up within the system. Participate in an international network of Independence specialists. Advise engagement teams on the application of Independence rules and policies. Train users and ensure the correct use of PwC Global compliance systems. Develop training materials and process documents, and deliver Independence & Compliance training across the firm. Ensure Independence controls and Compliance monitoring activities are appropriately applied. Manage service delivery to ensure that Independence & Compliance queries are answered promptly. Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths and address development areas. Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance.
Analytical, written and communication skills, focus on client service and ability to work with teams will be crucial in this role. Being commercially aware and having the willingness to work with the business to provide practical and timely advice. Strong interpersonal skills in order to manage stakeholders effectively. The capacity to learn, drive to succeed and dedication to quality will be key parts of the role.
