Job summary

Comtanix is a fast-growing BPO located in Bahria Phase 8, Rawalpindi. We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative with strong verbal and written communication to engage with prospective customers across the USA and drive business growth.

Responsibilities include outbound calls and emails, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and meeting quarterly targets. The role requires Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and professional writing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with outbound sales and CRM preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to meet quarterly targets.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective customers across the USA via outbound phone calls and emails to grow and maintain existing business.
• Pro-actively hunt for new opportunities within the assigned territories/accounts.
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
• Regularly connect with customers and suppliers via phone/email for profitable relations.
• Work with technology partners on price quotations as per customer requisitions.
• Track all sales activities in the CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
• Achieve quarterly sales target.
• Weekly reporting to the Sales manager and supervisor.

Timing: 6 PM – 3 AM

Comtanix is a fast-growing BPO (NOT a call center) situated in Bahria Phase 8, Rawalpindi. Based on our past success and continuous growth in business, Comtanix is looking to further expand its operations. Currently we are looking for experienced individuals for the post of ‘’Inside Sales Representative’’ with great verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities Include

• Interact with prospective customers across the USA via outbound phone calls, and emails to grow and maintain existing business.
• Pro-actively hunt for new opportunities within the assigned territories/accounts
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
