Job summary

Sapphire Consulting Services (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to administer and maintain Linux/Windows servers, virtualization platforms, and storage solutions. You will monitor health, implement patches, and support DR activities while working with enterprise infrastructure.

You should have 2+ years of relevant experience, a related Bachelor's degree, and certifications are a plus. The role focuses on on-site operations and IT infrastructure support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
• RHCSA/RHCE, Microsoft, VMware or Linux certifications are advantageous
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Linux servers and Windows servers
• Manage AD, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
• Manage virtualization environments and perform VM provisioning and migration
• Administer SAN/NAS and enterprise storage
• Patch OS, security hardening and vulnerability remediation
• Monitor server health and troubleshoot incidents
• Support backup, DR activities and disaster recovery
• Support web infrastructure (Nginx, Apache, IIS) and maintain docs
