Job summary

Mashreq is seeking a specialist to manage the Business Performance & Incentive domain, ensuring accurate payout calculations per approved policies. The role emphasizes automation of incentive processes and broader internal workflows to boost efficiency and reduce turnaround time.

You will implement controls, define SLAs with stakeholders, maintain data integrity, and drive audit-ready documentation while collaborating with Unit Managers to resolve issues and enhance payout accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Calculate incentives as per approved policies, ensuring timely and accurate payouts
• Review and automate the business performance and incentive process; streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and reduce TAT
• Oversee the Business Performance and Incentive payment process: data gathering, validation, and calculation per policies
• Implement controls in the process and set up SLAs with stakeholders to enable accurate, timely MIS/payouts
• Liaise with Unit Managers to resolve issues and continuously enhance the payout process
• Manage the business performance and incentives database for detailed analysis
• Adhere to SLAs and monitor for delays
• Resolve data, policy and process issues with stakeholders and maintain audit-ready approvals and documentation
