Mashreq Bank PSC is seeking an IPU Analyst to manage end-to-end incentive payouts for Retail Banking teams and support the Business Performance function. The role includes automating incentive calculations and delivering robust management reporting.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in MIS/BI or finance within banking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with Unit Managers to ensure accurate payouts and strong internal controls. A detail-oriented team player is essential.

Formación

• 2–3 years of MIS/BI or finance experience in banking
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with Business Managers
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Formulate templates for incentive calculations and ensure timely payouts
• Adhere to SLAs and monitor for delays
• Automate existing Business Performance and incentive processes for efficiency
• Review and automate data- and policy-driven payout processes
• Implement controls and SLAs with stakeholders for accurate MIS/payouts
• Collaborate with Unit Managers to resolve issues and improve processes
• Manage the incentives database for detailed analysis
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and approvals
