Job summary

Creative Chaos is seeking a proactive Inbound SDR to manage all incoming sales inquiries. You will engage, qualify, and schedule meetings between these leads and our Account Executive (AE).

Key responsibilities include prompt responses to inbound leads, initial outreach via email/phone/SMS, and maintaining HubSpot CRM with accurate activity logs. Collaboration with AEs ensures smooth handoffs and strong lead progression.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of SDR or similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads within defined SLAs.
• Conduct initial outreach via personalized emails, phone calls, and SMS.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the AE using HubSpot Meetings.
• Maintain CRM accuracy by logging activities, notes, and lead dispositions in HubSpot.
• Nurture cold leads with follow-up cadences or hand-off to marketing.
• Monitor and triage website contact forms, inbound calls, demo requests, and email inquiries.
• Collaborate with AEs to ensure seamless handoff and calendar alignment.
• Provide feedback to marketing and sales on lead quality and patterns.
