You will identify cross-sell opportunities, maintain CRM records, and meet targets while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in an inbound US telecom campaign, BPO/call center experience, and fluent English with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an Inbound US Telecom Campaign (Internet, TV & Phone).
• BPO/Call Center experience mandatory.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Excellent grammar and pronunciation.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Proven cross-selling and upselling abilities.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts (US business hours).
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
