Qualifications

• Working knowledge of visa application documentation and processes relevant to Australia, Canada, or the United States.
• Strong document review skills, including the ability to identify missing, inconsistent, or unclear information.
• Clear written and verbal communication for explaining requirements and following up with clients.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple active cases and deadlines.
• Proficiency with email, word-processing tools, spreadsheets, and digital file management.
• Sound judgment, discretion, and care when handling confidential identity and financial documents.
• Client-focused problem solving, professional conduct, and willingness to learn changes in immigration procedures.
• Ability to maintain accurate case notes and coordinate effectively with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through relevant visa and immigration application processes, explaining requirements and procedural steps clearly.
• Review application forms and supporting documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain client files, checklists, records, and case updates.
• Follow up with clients to obtain missing information and resolve documentation issues within agreed timelines.
• Track case progress and communicate status updates, deadlines, and next steps to clients and colleagues.
• Keep current with applicable immigration guidance and internal procedures, escalating complex matters for review.
• Protect sensitive personal information and deliver courteous, reliable service throughout each client engagement.
