Job summary

IDP International Education Specialists is seeking a Deputy Test Centre Administrator to support the Pakistan IELTS Manager in administering IELTS test operations in Karachi. The role focuses on test day execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring compliance with IELTS regulations and IDP policies.

The successful candidate will oversee exam preparation, invigilator coordination, and reporting, while maintaining exceptional customer service and adherence to security procedures.

Qualifications

• Educated to bachelor’s degree level or equivalent.
• Relevant work experience relating to administration and business support activities.
• Outstanding communication skills and able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders with varying needs.
• Customer focussed, with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Ability to proactively identify, analyse and solve problems effectively.
• Sound judgement and the ability to make decisions and act with integrity, in the best interests of IDP.
• Excellent planning and organising skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Sound IT skills – Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Pakistan IELTS Manager in accordance with IELTS regulations and IDP policies.
• Manage test day tasks and oversee exam preparation, invigilator coordination and room readiness.
• Assist in stakeholder management activities to maintain satisfaction and test integrity.
• Prepare management reports and ensure timely invoicing and documentation.
• Monitor test day operations for compliance with IELTS manuals and procedures.
