IDP Education Ltd, a global leader in international education services, is seeking a Manager, IELTS Operations in Pakistan. The role manages IELTS testing across IDP centres, expanding the test centre network while ensuring quality, compliance, and exceptional customer service.

You will lead operations, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive efficient testing processes with a focus on quality and growth across the country.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
• 5 years’ experience in IELTS Administration
• Interest in international education/testing services
• Fluent in English
• Excellent planning and organising skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Customer-focused with a passion for outstanding service
• Experience in project management and stakeholder relationship management
• Strong administrative and financial skills
• Outstanding communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• Analytical and research capability
• Able to identify, analyse and solve problems
• Sound judgement and integrity in IDP’s interests
• Sound IT skills – Microsoft Office and CRM systems
